SPEAKERS

Shane Bishop

Rev. Shane Bishop is the Senior Pastor of Christ Church in Fairview Heights, IL. Christ Church worship attendance has increased from 200 to over 2,100 since Shane’s appointment in 1997. He was named The Distinguished Evangelist of the United Methodist Church in 2010.

Loraine Mellor

President of the Methodist Conference (2017/18). Loraine has been a presbyter since 1995 and is Chair of the Nottingham and Derby District. A member of the Church’s Strategy and Resources Committee.

Jo Cox-Darling

Rev Dr Joanne Cox-Darling is a Methodist Presbyter, mother, pastor, and Netflix fan.  She is a consumer and critique of contemporary culture, and seeks to enable people to make connections between daily life and spiritual Christian enquiry.

Steve Wild

Steve is currently Chair of the Cornwall District and has previously been the President of the Methodist Conference. Steve has a passion to help the church engage people with the transforming gospel of Jesus Christ.

Geoff Bond

Geoff is currently serving as the Coordinator of Bristol & West Midlands regions of DMLN. He is concerned to see the church navigate this turbulent period and bring about change that works.

Ashley & Moira Cooper (hosts)

They currently serve together at SwanBank Church in Stoke on Trent. They have helped see the church grow consistently over the last 10 years.

A range of seminars designed to equip ministry in the local church and help navigate change. These seminars will include:-
